Hi:

I am not Rui, but he keeps a list of upcoming books on his website. Of course people have to either post it on the list or email him to let him know what they're planning to scan.

When I used to scan books, I checked the collection,
the download list, and Marissa's list. Also, if people
post here before scanning, then if someone else is
already doing the same book they'll find out. And Rui,
are you maintaining, in addition to your other lists,
one of books that are in the process of being scanned?

What goes on here that folks do not check whether a
book is in the
collection before scanning it? And if it is an old
scan they have lying
around, why not check and find out if it is in the
collection before
submitting? I know I have been writing slightly
complaining messages this
morning but either I am confused or I am missing
some logic here.

E. who truly is confused after software
installations and is apparently
typing with errors.
