Content is no problem. I will be leaving it mixed because at this point I can't come up with a way to mimic what's in the book and know I've done it to my satisfaction.

If it were me, being as persnickety as I am, I would try to reproduce the captions as closely to the original as possible. However, I don't think it really matters all that much about the case, as long as the content is there.

I don't know a rule about this, ..but .i ..don't ..like ..all..uppercase ..because ..it ..looks ..liike this.

For people using computer braille, I should have preceded my words with two commas, but since a period in print looks like a dot, that is what I used.

For those who don't know braille, the capital is a separate character, Dot 6. If two dot 6's precede a word, it is all caps.

It takes up more room in braille and looks a bit clumsy to me.
