I thought the latest was that we only had to mark title in 18 point and not
mark author. Hopefully we will get some clarification on this.

Hi all,
Well, the rule of thumb is: Title 20 point, parts 18 point, Chapters
16 point and sub chapters 14 point. If the parts are the same as
chapters, meaning that they don't have chapters within them, then I'd mark
them up as chapters not parts. If each part has chapters in it, then I'd
mark up the parts as parts in 18 Point.
