Hi Alexis,
When you have this problem, do you just get a bunch of blank pages? That's what
Kurzweil does if the scanner isn't on--it thinks it's scanning and gives you a
bunch of blank pages. I realize that your problem isn't caused by the scanner
not being on--I was just confused because from your message it sounded like the
scanner wasn't whirring but you were still getting results.
