Like your proposal, Bruce. It's very close to what Andreas and I had worked
out. We have a draft of a white paper, but it needs updating given current
cirumstances.
So, who in our midst has the time and bandwidth to actually DO these steps (a
serious question)? We need someone like DK with a salary to head up the effort
nationally and local volunteers to contribute time and affiliate themselves
with various action committees.
