Below you will find another email from Therese with regard to the Birkdale 
Directory. Please be aware that if you want your info published in the 
directory any changes must be made to Therese. I do not share the Birkdale 
Communique list with everyone for reasons of privacy. You must contact her with 
updated info - email changes, phone changes, etc. As always the Birkdale 
directory is for your private reference only, and may not be shared or used for 
solicitation purposes.
 
Today, J & S did a full salt application to all our roads. This is based on J & 
S's recommendation due to cold temps and drifting snow that will freeze and 
cause icing conditions. He is estimating 4 tons to be used @ $125.00 per ton. I 
do have the funds for this. Our funds for salt are $1420.00. Again, any that is 
not used will be divided and returned to those who contributed $60.00 towards 
the snow plow effort. Anyone who has not yet contributed may still do so. 
$60.00 check made out to cash. Mark snow plow and lot # on the memo line. This 
is a contribution and all donations will be accepted. Please mail to 5118 
Birkdale Dr. Commerce Mi 48382.
 
All questions /info for directory should be sent directly to Therese Livermore 
as stated below. Other questions/ comments to this address.

Birkdale Pointe Homeowners,

There may be some confusion with the subdivision directory. The directory 
publication and the email communications are two separate lists. For privacy 
purposes the Birkdale email list is not shared in the directory. Therefore, if 
you want your information in the printed in the directory you have email that 
information to me at dtamcaliv@xxxxxxxxxxxx
Please include your name(s), address, phone and email. Due to this possible 
confusion, Including if you have any changes ie: email, phone etc.
I am giving homeowners till Friday Feb. 12, 2010. This is the final deadline 
for the directory publisher.
