A quick search on this file name indicates that it is malware that affects
Apple products like iPhones and Mac. I found the following info:
"f.txt.js is a browser hijacker application that will generate ads and
page-redirects from within your web browser, such as Safari."

make it more secure. I recommend doing an internet search for the file name
and review the information you find there, and try to clean up your
device(s). If you have virus protection software, you can also research
with the company that publishes that software to learn how to protect your
Apple device.
More information is needed to decide if posts on birdky have caused this.
Posts from Birdky are just emails, but any email with attached files or
images *could* deliver malware if the reader clicks on them. Clicking on
links in the messages, if they go to infecting sites, can also
deliver/install malware.
