Linda Craiger and I kayaked the Brown’s Ford area of Barren River Lake several
weeks ago and did not see ONE great egret in our usual spots beyond the bridge.
Today my husband and I took the boat to the same place and saw nine and two
more at the cove by Dry Creek. A little late, but they’re back.
