We have a bumper crop of wild grapes and also berries on a variety of trees in
our neighborhood-holly, eastern red cedar, dogwood, etc. and the birds are
taking full advantage! I’ve never seen so many cedar waxwings and robins in our
neighborhood in the 8 years we’ve been here. I’m wondering if this is a local
phenomenon, or if it’s a big berry year everywhere?
