Jackie Elmore alerted me to a report of a Wood Stork in Nancy he’d seen a
photo of on Facebook. We didn’t know the location, but I contacted Frances
Carter today and she gave me the address. The bird is still present at the
Towering Hills subdivision pond. It is feeding in the NW corner of the pond
at the moment. If you put in the address 63 Lakeview Dr., Nancy, KY you can
find the pond. The pond is encircled by houses & trailers, so you just have
to drive around the loop viewing the pond where you can.
