[birdky] White-winged Scoters, Newport KY

I observed three White-winged Scoters on the KY side of the OH River
between Newport and Bellevue this morning.
The birds were diving with Common Goldeneye and near some Canvasbacks.
Scoped patiently to verify identification; these three were observably
larger than the Goldeneyes with them.
