I had lots of goldfinches at my socks all winter. Then about 3 weeks ago they
all seemed to disappear at once. I have seen a few here and there in the last
several days, males showing breeding bright yellow.
I usually see several migrants (RBGB, indigos, Scarlett Tanagers, Summer
Tanagers, Orioles) but NONE of them so far.
New this year instead, are lots of grackles on and under my feeders.
Have heard and seen lots of white-throated sparrows for weeks now.

I had a wh-th sparrow at my feeder this morning. I'm reporting it as I think
it is probably late.
Also, two Am goldfinches in breeding plumage. For some reason, I haven't had
hardly any of these this winter. 95% of my feeder birds are house finches.
