As Brainard and Mark found, good numbers of shorebirds in Fulton County, both
3/29 and 3/30. We still had numbers similar to their report as dark approached
3/29, including some that seemed to be coming in, mainly along Midway Church
Road.
Despite the severe storm forecast, the weather mostly behaved on 3/30. Lots of
local damage still apparent from the 3/9 tornados:

Other notable finds:
- Indigo Bunting. 3/30. Surprisingly early; pair seen flying together along
1282 near the main (east) entrance to Long Point (Reelfoot).
- Solitary Sandpiper. 3/30. At least 3 seen in wet field across railroad
tracks from 94, just west of junction with 1282.
- Ring-necked Duck. 3/31. 52 counted. Notably swimming in pairs; Muhlenberg
Co.; small pond on east side of Sinclair S-2, south of the Paradise power plant
