I forgot that I also stopped at Horeshoe Road slough and had 16 Canada Geese in
a bean field. The farmers were out planting the area.
Only shorebirds were Killdeer.
And I walked a part of the east dike at Hardy Slough with no interesting finds.
The grass and weeds and briars are now from knee to waist high making walking
the dike quite a chore.
Workers have tilled sections of Pool 1 & 2.
And they have tilled a strip at Wood Tract south.
