I’ve been seeing an owl in the tobacco barn box in addition to the young owls
in the stable. I assumed it was just one of the adults roosting. This morning I
saw a downy young owl in the tobacco barn box. This means two active Barn Owl
nests are concurrent. These barns are only about 300 feet from each other. I
would have expected them to be more territorial than that.
