Yes, thank you all! I’m sure it’s no small task and the readers definitely
enjoy and appreciate it!
Thanks,

Subject: [birdky] The Kentucky Warbler - an update
All,
I wanted to let people know that the release of the February 2020 edition of
The Kentucky Warbler will be delayed. This has nothing to do with any virus,
it is simply the fact that a new set of volunteers are starting to acquaint
themselves with the intricacies of producing the different components of this
periodical.
I have volunteered to become Editor of the journal and would like to extend
my appreciation to those who are helping me greatly to make this happen.
Actually, they're making it happen and I put my name to it.
After seeing what is involved I would also like to acknowledge the hard work
done by the previous editorial boards and authors. I think we have become
spoilt here in Kentucky by the tireless effort of a select few people to the
point that we always expect things to get done without putting our names in
to help and I think much appreciation should be directed their way.
So I hope that I won't have to test your patience too long and we will
eventually have a journal in production. We will work to have this process
running smoothly so that future journals will be produced on a reasonable
time scale.
