A thank you to Michael for opening the gates last night. Not only was I
able to add the least sandpipers and lesser yellowlegs to by year list, but
those two species - along with the kestrel that was chasing a hawk - helped
set my best April so far: 103!

Assuming rain slopes off, I will be heading out to melco to see what if
anything drops. I should be off work no later than 530, and will probably
be able to stay till about 7-730. Yesterday was the first day there was a
decent group of shorebirds. Join me, just know that parking is limited.
Cheers and happy spring migration.
