I sent this yesterday but my ISP was down. This is old news but might be interesting anyway. At 3:15 yesterday afternoon, and again at 4:35 (CST) a female surf scoter was present on the lagoon at the Benton sewage treatment facility. The first time it was in the company of several Ruddy Ducks, a Blue-winged teal, and at least four Lesser Scaup. The second time only five of the Ruddy Ducks remained. Phyllis B.
