I just made our room reservations for the KOS weekend, and they're almost
out of rooms in our block specifically and in the park in general. I think
she said they had 3 rooms left and a few cabins in the park.
There are plenty of motels in the area.check the following sites for lists

Subject: [birdky] Spring KOS meeting
The spring KOS meeting is coming up.April 28th - 30th at KY Dam Village
State Park. The reason you need to pay attention NOW, is that our block of
rooms is only being held until March 28th. The park will release them after
that. This is a very popular state park, so if you are interested in staying
there, it would be a good idea to get a room before March 28th. Tell them
you're with KOS to get our group rate.
For those of you who have not attended a KOS meeting, please come! The
meeting is open to guests and nonmembers, and we have bird walks for
families and beginners, and even a few pairs of binoculars to lend. We have
a very enjoyable couple of days birding, hearing great speakers, and
