A LOT of people would love to see a snowy…I personally think that “hiding” bird
locations from birders is a little ridiculous. Those of us subscribed to this
email line are the least likely to disturb a rare bird, I would hope.
Happy and fruitful 2018 to all our birding friends.

Subject: [birdky] Snowy Owl ?
A photo of a Snowy Owl was posted on a birding page I belong to and the
individual posting the photo did it from the town of Wilmore, Kentucky. Have
any of you heard about this bird? The rules of the page do not allow the
location of Snowy Owls to be posted. My South African birding friend would lose
his mind to see a Snowy Owl... and heck, I would like to see one again and try
for a better photo.
