A Carolina Wren often appears as I am in my wood carving shop and has no fear
of me. This morning I placed a partially eaten suet cake on my current carving
in progress and sat beside it to look through some notes I make in a daily log
book to find the date of an unrelated matter. Wren soon appeared and came to
the suet. It didn’t stay long, probably because it was put off by the little
light on my camera. In my ebird report, the first image is without any
magnification. I zoomed in some for the 2nd image.
