[birdky] Rough-legged Hawk and Short-eared Owl continue in Oldham County

We found the dark-morph RLHA along Bennett Lane yesterday afternoon. At one
point it flew past the west deadend of Bennett Lane.

We did not see the light morph.

About 5 pm we saw a Short-eared Owl in a copse of trees near the small pond
on the north side of Bennett Lane.
