Brainard & Jamie Baker came by this afternoon. Jamie was the 11th repeat
visitor and Brainard was the first 3 time visitor. Jeeves was slow appearing,
so we walked down to the hayfield corner and found him hanging out there with
some White-crowned Sparrow buddies. Brainard and Jamie were birding various
West KY wet spots. They skipped Parsons Pond on the promise that I would call
if I found something special there. I did see some good birds there after they
left, but nothing that unusual. Many of the same waterfowl & shorebirds I've
seen before were still there. Hooded Merganser & Bufflehead were the only
species added to what I've seen there so far. Each merganser looked different.
