[birdky] RPT: Shrike - Northern Greenup Co.

Returing home from Greenup I observed a shrike along US 23 at Limeville.  
(Limeville is 2 miles up river from Siloam.  I know everyone just can't wait to 
hear that bit of information.)  It had a very white chest and what appeared to 
be a large black eye strip.  My guess would be a Loggerhead Shrike.  Any 
comments?
