[birdky] RPT: More info on Spotted Towhee

Matt's directions to the Spotted Towhee that HE and I found -- not me --
should get anyone interested in seeing it to the spot with no trouble;
obviously it probably moves about some. However, I was thinking last night
while driving back east that it is all private property along that part of
Bethel Church Road and with Scott Record's help I am currently trying to
find out who owns the land.  With small game season in and this land sitting
right next to a WMA, everyone should be pretty careful about staying right
along the road, at least for now. I will post if I can obtain an OK from the
landowner to search a bit farther afield off the road. Scott saw the bird
again this morning, perhaps a bit farther north along the road in the
fenceline that parallels it.
