Comments:     Birded from the Interpretive Center observation deck.  Judy 
Galitzine joined in to bird around 10:00 AM.  The Am. White Pelican was on the 
outer fossil beds the entire time (3 hrs).  Lots of visitors enjoyed viewing 
the pelican.  One adult bald eagle made a brief 5 minute apperance.
