Several of us found what we sort of were expecting this morning at the Falls of
the Ohio ... no terns or shorebirds. Turnover this time of year is common and a
tally of 16 Caspian Terns and 6 Ruddy Turnstones is the exception rather than
the rule; it appears they have moved on.
Currently planning on a late afternoon visit to Melco. Please watch BIRDKY for
a post this afternoon about time. I often wait til rush hour is over to go, but
someone else might be willing to get there earlier.
