Eddie and I had 6 Pine Siskins at the feeders this morning. It's been several
years since any showed up at our place. We also have 3-4 Purple Finches who
are now regulars and a Pileated Woodpecker has returned to our suet feeder. We
haven't seen the Pileated since June. Last week we had the Pileated on one
side of the feeder and a red-breasted nuthatch on the other side - too bad we
didn't have the camera handy!
