Hi All
We were awakened by a "phoebe" singing at midnight, joining the frog and
toad chorus. Wait a minute! It wasn't a phoebe. It was a towhee. Then
something else. Ultimately we realized it was s the "midnight ,mockingbird.
I wonder if he mimics the frogs also? Thank goodness for some sunshine this
mooring. While I was placing some new plants among the rocks around one of
my koi ponds, I was serenades by that late night singer.
