Just finished a nice walk around the hatchery. The only drained pond is the
long lined unit very near Elkhorn Creek. However, it had 1 Least,
1Pectoral, 1 Solitary, and 3 Spotted Sandpipers in it. There was also a
Great Egret, Osprey and Bald Eagle hanging around the area along with all
the usuals.
