I'm still seeing "my" Orange-crowned Warbler at my suet feeders. It's been
present probably everyday since February 4th. (a couple days I didn't see
it, but I'm not always home, I work and stuff!) I have literally taken
about 1000 photos of it, the first half through a window when it was 10
degrees outside. Then I finally tried opening the window to get sharper
images (that helped a lot!). About a week ago I put a second suet feeder up
about 50 feet away from the first one and the warbler found it immediately.
This allowed some better photos due to better lighting and distance from
the window, I was also able to get some images of it in the tree before or
after visiting the suet feeder. Today with the setting sun, a little fine
tuning of the suet feeder, and some luck I got my best image yet (see link
below). And I'm not taking anymore photos of this bird, I need to move on!

I had two groups of Sandhill Cranes fly north over my house this afternoon.
Also of note, Major Waltman had a Merlin a couple days ago behind Atherton
High School.
