Well the Ohio River is starting to fall finally.
Access to Horseshoe Road slough has been cut off.
River (268) slough has been flooded.
Sand Slough had too much water for much of anything today. The level there is
very high.
Looks like the Ohio will fall below minor flood stage by Tuesday.
Maybe it will be possible to get to Horseshoe Road slough later in the week.
