Oops. So sorry, the common yellowthroat and parula were in Carlisle County.

I was in western KY the last couple of days and heard the following: 
yellow-throated warbler in McCracken Co, parula and common yellow-throat in 
Caldwell County.  I am pleased to report that I did not observe any ticks or 
chiggers!

Northern Parulas in Calloway Co. today.
Also had the following wild flowers pointed out to me.  Dutchman's Breeches 
Yellow Trout Lily Small-flowered Bellwort Prairie Trillium Recurved Slender 
Toothwort

All are listed as "common in spring in Kentucky".
Additionally,  had 5 ticks up close and personal!!
