Snowy Owl Is Spotted in Central Park, for First Time in 130 Years
The hordes came running and the snow-white raptor became the latest celebrity
bird of Manhattan.
This is in today's NYT, 2/2/21, as a pretty big story. Diff version than the
other day, and w/o the great wing flap picture, but other good pictures.
Hope it opens for a interesting birding story for you.
What if this landed in your back yard? This owl landed not far from
Strawberry Fields, which I know you have heard about.
