Went out into the garden this morning to come up on a pair of male bluebirds
going at it, as in full-on fighting. They paid no attention to me as they ended
up on the ground about 15 fifteen feet away, rolling around. One pinned the
other down. Then their females went at it. Quite a display.
A song sparrow and a phoebe flew in to watch the show.
