The Public Service Commission is holding a public hearing today in
Elizabethtown, KY, from 4-5-ish.
Comments can be made in person, of course, and also online during the meeting,
which starts at 4pm. EST
The website is:

Click to join the meeting, while it is in session, and look for the comment
section (on the right or bottom, I was told). Register your comment or
question, and they will “Talley up the comments after the meeting”.
