[birdky] Logan County Observations.

I visited the transient ponds at KY 739 and Hall's Store earlier this
evening. The recent 4+ inch rain has raised the water level significantly
at both locations. Mudbird habitat was gone as were most of the Mudbirds.
Birds of interest were as follows:
