[birdky] LBL birding

Three Arkansas birders joined me in LBL for the day. They had managed to
check off 85 species for their KY list when I left them at 4PM.
Highlights for the day were:
All expected waders
Osprey - 15+
Bald Eagle - 3 Adult 1 Juvenile
Northern Bobwhite
Baird's Sandpiper - 1 KY Dam beach
Herring Gull - 1 Juvenile
Caspian Tern - many
Black and White Warbler - 1
A note on Ruby Throated Hummingbirds - we stopped at the LBL Nature
Station, they said they have few hummingbirds for the festival this year.
On the other hand, we have netted 3 times more hummingbirds at Clarks River
NWR MAPS station this year than last year but an average amount compared
with other years.
