Despite being a bit late to the game, I still wanted to add a Fred Busroe
memory.
At the last KOS meeting held at Pine Mountain, I found myself in
the company of Fred and his daughter on the Cumberland Gap lookout –
watching (hoping for), raptors going over. I don't remember many (if any)
raptors of interest that day but Fred's stories and humor certainly added
to my experience. I am grateful to have shared a hawk watch with the
Busroes. Good memories.
