I recently asked Gary Ritchison what people need to do if they find they have
gotten kicked off BIRDKY (you apparently notice this only by ceasing to receive
posts; there is no announcement of such action). I have not checked the process
myself, but if someone successfully navigates it and has success, you might
post any hints they seem warranted.

Yes, in those cases, they'll need to contact the freelists administrator via
this page:
https://www.freelists.org/contact.html
Just let the administrator know that, for unknown reasons, they've been removed
from the BIRDKY listserve.
