The Ohio River, which has fallen below flood levels, did not come up high
enough and create a problem to get to HRS!!
Getting to HRS along KY136 was not a big deal. But, the SE drive on Horseshoe
Road was flooded. So I continued on KY136 and entered at the NW road.
The Tundra Swans were fewer in number than my last visit. And they were inside
the HRS road rather than the NW main slough.
Dabbling ducks numbers were in the hundreds and flushed as soon as I arrived at
both locations. Hard to ID them flying around in the low light levels.
