A big shout out to Katey Buster. She was out birding at Talon and happened
on probable double digit Henslows. Talon has started another round of mowing
but through her persistence, she and David Lang have been given permission to
stake out an area to be protected from mowing. Tony Brusate has purchased
stakes and they are going to work on it today. A nice victory when most else
is going against grassland birds.
