I birded the Pond Creek Marsh trail, Anderson Pond platform, and parts of Hardy
Slough.
First time I have ever seen Killdeer at Anderson Pond.
The lowest I have ever seen Hardy Slough pool 4 since 1982.
Some work has gone on at Hardy Slough pool 4, knocking down trees grown up on
the south dike.
I talked with Thomas Young, earlier this year, and he mentioned they would be
doing work on pool 4.
A new drain under the road at the south end of Muddy Slough has been installed.
