This area is now down to 2 pools. The deeper pool at the west end is much
larger than the shallow east end.
The middle pool is a small mud spot with dead minnows.
I saw no real shorebirds except for some Killdeer. I did not look for
shorebirds at the east pool with all the Great Egrets. I didn’t want to flush
them.
