I am still surprised every time I see one in Cynthiana, but it is becoming
rather common. There just isn't that much water there. Immature bird with
considerable white on the chest and whitish tail. Also had an immature Herring
Gull associating with several Ring-billed; all much less common than the eagle.
First Herring I have had there.
