Just want to thank all those dedicated folks who planned and/ or executed the
fall KOS Meeting! As always, it was a lot of fun, and it is always good to see
folks across our state who I only see once or twice a year, and to meet new
members. Good group of folks. Thanks, especially, to James Wheat, our out-going
President, who bore so much responsibility.
“This notion that we are separate from nature is what’s killing us. We are
totally dependent on nature. We have to learn to live together because we need
ecosystems everywhere. Not just in parks and preserves.” Doug Tallamy
