Since we are not doing eagle viewing tours this year, we are getting lots of
questions on where to go and where we are seeing them. We are seeing them in
the normal best places. I would recommend going to :
-Honker Dam
-Lake Barkley Dam tailwaters
-Smith & Pisgah Bay, LBL Rd. 114
We are seeing some nesting behavior (Lake Barkley Dam, Honker Dam) and
courtship (Smith Bay).
Though any bay at LBL, you will most likely see a pair.
There has been one credible spotting of a immature golden eaglein Dec. near Rd.
133, close to Hematite Lake.
