Yesterday I intended to get a good picture of one of the Carolina Wrens
bringing in food to its babies in my wood carving shop. I did get one shot but
it wasn’t sharp because wren moves from place to place so quick. It sometimes
alights on me in its forays around the shop, but only for a second or so. This
morning, I finally got a sharp image of it before it came into the shop. It’s
perched on one of the tomato cages and has what looks like a cave cricket in
its mouth.
