While at work, in the field, I heard the following at Big Bone Lick State Park:
Kentucky warbler, common yellow-throat, blue-wing warbler, parula, pee wee,
Acadian flycatcher, blue-gray gnatcatcher, red-eyed vireo, Wood thrush, and
indigo bunting. Wish I could’ve explored further. That was my FOS blue-wing.
Also at work in the field at Central Park, I heard yellow warbler, house Wren,
common yellow-throat, grey catbird, and scarlet tanager. Saw chipping sparrow
and brown thrasher.
Sometimes, I love my job!
Came home to a male wild turkey in the front yard (northern Franklin County).
Gosh, he’s big!
