Ken Oeser came up from TN late Tuesday afternoon after getting off work at
Vanderbilt and went with me to Parsons Pond. Not much there. Probably same
yellowlegs & Snipe. A few Wood Ducks, Mallards, Blue-winged Teals, Coots, and 3
Scaup. While we were looking at the Scaup, a small gull alit beside them. They
were a good distance away and the light was low, but I think the gull must be a
Bonaparte's. Pic here -
